From Moose Jaw, head north — the drive takes approximately 3-4 hours. GPS coordinates: 57.3°N, 102.1°W. The final stretch is on gravel road — high-clearance vehicle recommended during spring thaw. Cell service is generally available until the last 15 minutes of the drive.

Maximum depth: 250m. The lake bottom features a mix of gravel beds, submerged timber, and weed beds that provide excellent habitat structure. The surrounding landscape is northern boreal forest with dense tree cover right to the shoreline. Water clarity is moderate — 1-3 metres visibility depending on season. Watch for submerged rocks near the northern shore.
