Outdoor Intel is not a government agency and is not a legal authority. Fishing regulations and other official rules shown here are reproduced from cited sources (including the MELCCFP). Limits, seasons, and closures can change. You must verify the current official text before you fish, hunt, camp, or travel. We do not fabricate, paraphrase, or replace bag, length, or season limits.
The site
Content is provided for outdoor planning. It may be incomplete or out of date. Use of the map, directories, newsletter, and regulation lookup is at your own risk. Season Intel is an optional $29 CAD/year membership processed by Stripe on Stripe’s Checkout page. Public fishing zone and Ontario FMZ pages stay free.
